Our story

The hotel-restaurant Le Commerce is above all a fine family story, a real saga, that of the Darracq family, which has been going strong since 1850, with the succession of 7 generations.

In 1997, Jean-Jacques and his wife Sylvie took over the running of the Hotel. While preserving the spirit and authenticity of the place, they breathed new life into it, lightening the decor and the restaurant menu to keep up with the times.

Today, since her husband's retirement, Sylvie welcomes you with her unfailing smile!

Always available and attentive to everyone's needs, she pays attention to the smallest detail and looks after the well-being of everyone, employees and customers alike, to make sure the magic happens.
