Over the years, our picturesque inn has reinvented itself while retaining its old-fashioned spirit of conviviality and sharing. Here, for seven generations, regulars and visiting gourmets have come together with family and friends to renew acquaintances over simple, authentic cuisine. The Darracq restaurant has found its natural home in an elegant and comfortable setting, where regional gourmet cuisine is always in evidence.

Our three chefs use their know-how and experience to serve up tasty, gourmet cuisine revisited with subtle Japanese flavours. They work with fresh, quality seasonal produce, most of it sourced from local producers. You can enjoy these fine dishes in the restaurant, which looks out onto the countryside, by the open fire in winter, or on the pleasant terrace in fine weather.
